5. SHIPPING - We do not guarantee any shipping times. We will not refund payment for shipping delays. We do our best to expedite all orders, but in rare instances some shipments may be delayed. We do not guarantee carriers chosen. Some items only ship with UPS and some only ship with USPS. We may substitute carrier. For example if you use 3 day select with USPS we may substitute 2-3 day Priority Mail with USPS.

8. Defective neon signs MUST be reported within 3 days of receipt of product! We have to file an insurance claim with shipping carrier.
